Introduction

Ingredients



    6 Medium - Large Eggs
    *2 tbsp Helmann's Mayonnaise with Olive Oil
    *1/4 of a Med Red Onion diced well
    *4" strip of Raw Celery Stalk diced well
    *Dried Basil (spice), 5 tsp
    *1/2 tsp Dried Garlic Powder (spice)
    *1/4 tsp Salt

Tips

Great on lettuce wraps, I use Romain Lettuce Leafs.


Directions

Cook eggs to hard boil. Cool down in cold water and ice and peel. Cut up your onions and celery. chop or mash your eggs with a fork until broken up into small pieces unless you like it chunkier (you may not get as many servings) then add your onion, celery, mayo and spices, mix together well and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 3 - 4 healthy servings
