Ingredients

    1 cucumber
    1 Avocado
    2 green onions
    1.5 Cups greek yogurt
    1 handful of fresh mint
    1/2 C Cold water
    s & p to taste
    lemon zest and mint to garnish

Directions

blend first six ingredients, season and garnish, let it chill for half an hour. If making more, then do multiple batches in your blender instead of one big batch.
