Ingredients

    Ingredients

    178g Celery sliced
    178g Courgettes sliced(i used baby ones)
    178g Cauliflower florets
    178g Broccoli florets
    178g Cabbage chopped

    2 Veg stock cubes
    1 Chicken Stock cube
    Black Pepper

    2 Litres Hot Water

Tips

Can be a bit salty, Perhaps leave 1 stock cube out(add less water if wanted )
Leave the chicken stock cube out, if vegetarian


Directions

Put Water on to Boil
Prepare all Veg
Add Veg, all but the Cabbage, to Boiled Water
Add Stock Cubes desolve thougherly
Simmer 30mins
Add Cabbage for another 10mins
Blitz (if liked) Leaving 2 cups aside, to
give more texture


Serving Size: makes 9 1-cup servings 250mls (or grams)
