Ingredients

    2 10 oz boxes of Chopped Spinach
    1 c light sour cream
    2/3 c light mayo
    2/3 c shredded parmesan cheese
    1/2 c chopped onion
    8 or so garlic cloves chopped
    1 8oz. bag part skim Mozzarella

    Mix all ingredients in medium size Crock-Pot. Microwave approx 6-8 minutes stirring every 2 minutes. Then leave in Crock Pot on warm setting.
