Ingredients

    Beans, red kidney, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 1 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Litehouse Ranch Dressing, 2.5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Cut up apples in small chuncks / Cut carrots in small chuncks / mix in bowl and then add 1/2c drained kidney beans. mix well. Add 2.5 tbs of Veg dip or ranch dressing.
Can add more veg or what ever you want to this.
I like it as a snack in the afternoon or before I go to bed at night.
