Ingredients

    Buckwheat Flour - 1 cup
    Unsweetened Applesauce - 3 tbls
    Cinnamon - 1 tsp
    Olive Oil - 1 Tbls
    Water - 1/4 cup
    Splenda - 3 Tbls


Directions

Blend ingredients
spread onto greased cookie sheet until flat, mixture is very sticky you you will want some extra olive oil for your finger tips.
spread as thin as possible to make this a cracker like food. Sprinkle with additional Cinnamon and Splenda
Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit (or until they become less sticky when touched with a knife).

This was created as a low glycemic index snack for my toddler.
