Ingredients

3 large eggs
1/2 C milk
1/2 roll sausage
1 C shredded cheese
2T flour
1 pie crust
Salt and pepper to taste.
Tips
Playing with the ingredients - egg whites for whole eggs, turkey sausage for pork, low-fat cheese - can make this a healthier breakfast. By the same token, adding an extra egg yolk, substituting cream for milk, can make this a decadent brunch offering.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Line a pie tin with your crust and pre-bake, lightly covered, for 20-30 minutes.
Cook the sausage, drain.
Add flour to the sausage, turn to coat.
Add sausage to the crust, sprinkle with cheese.
Beat eggs and milk together, pour into the pie tin with crust, sausage, cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Serves 4-6, depending upon portion size
