Ingredients

    2 14.5 oz cans of Black Beans, drained and rinced
    1 15 oz can of diced Tomatoes
    1 14.5 oz can of Corn
    1 bag of Boil-In-Bag Brown Rice, cooked
    1 each red, yellow and green pepper, diced
    2 large cloves of garlic
    2 tablespoons of olive oil
    2 tablespoons of Cumin Powder
    2 tablespoons of Chili Powder

Directions

Saute the chopped peppers and garlic in the olive oil until they are soft. Add the spices and then the canned goods and the rice. Heat through and serve! This makes about 7 decent size servings.
