    2 cup rolled oats
    1 cup pumpkin puree
    2 cups water
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder


Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Pour batter into waffle iron.

These can also be make into pancakes - no substitutions!

  • These would have probably been really good execpt they only got a little crusty on the outside and the inside stayed too moist and uncooked. Maybe they would cook better as pancakes. - 5/24/08
