Ingredients

    Method

    1. Boil potatoes and mash them, set aside to cool down
    2. Drain Tuna, add to potatoes
    3. Add sifted French onion soup and mayonnaise
    4. Shape potato mix into balls flatten and cover in breadcrumbs
    5. Shallow fry and drain on paper towel


    Serve with tossed Salad or vegetables
