Ingredients

    1 med apple
    1 c. blueberries (fresh or unsweetened frozen)
    1 banana
    3 tbsp plain yogurt
    1 c. 100% cranberry juice
    2 c. plain soy milk
    3 tbsp flax seed
    4 tbsp protein powder
    5 tbsp Splenda (or to taste)

Directions

Coarsely chop apple, leaving on peel. Add apple and all other ingredients to blender. Blend on high for about 2 minutes (until smooth), pulsing occasionally to dislodge any stuck chunks.
