Introduction

Sweet and tangy pasta. Sweet and tangy pasta.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Cans Diced Tomatoes with Basil & Oregano
    4 Tbsp. Dried Basil
    2 Tbsp. Minced Garlic
    2 tsp. Olive Oil
    8 oz. Fettuccini cooked with no salt
    2 Pkts. Sweetener

Directions

Boil the pasta without salt.

When pasta is cooked, heat non-stick pan. Drop in 2 tsps. olive oil. When it pops, add the minced garlic and toss it around a bit.

Then add the cans of tomatoes. Bring it to a bubble and add the balsamic vinegar, and sweetener.

Add the cooked and drained pasta. Cover and let it simmer until bout half the juice is gone.

I served mine with the Rosemary Garlic Chicken from the food planner.
