Ingredients

    * Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    * Splenda - measurable, 1 cup
    * Strawberry Applesauce, 0.6 cup
    * Buttermilk, lowfat, 0.5 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 0.5 tsp
    * Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    * Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup

    Use the already prepared strawberry frosting in the fridge.

Directions

(1) Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
(2) Sift dry ingredients together.
(3) Beat wet ingredients together in your mixer.
(4) Add the dry and beat for about 3-minutes.
(5) Pour into square cake pan and bake for about 40-minutes or until done.
(6) Cool and frost with frosting.
(7) Cut into 9-squares and serve.
