Introduction

Cleaned, chicory boiled, shallots, NO Salt Substitute, Lime Cleaned, chicory boiled, shallots, NO Salt Substitute, Lime

Ingredients

    1 large head chicory
    1 small shallot diced
    1/4 tsp No Salt
    1 lime, squeezed juice

Directions

Clean chicory in tap water 2-3 times until no more
sand residue.

Boil chicory with diced shallot, No Salt added.
Drain water once and refresh water to avoid any
bitter taste.

Drizzle with Smart Balance Healthy Heart Oil blend.
Squeeze lime juice over greens. Let cool 30 minutes
before serving.

Serving Size: 0.5 cup cooked greens
