    4 Tomatoes (halved)
    1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
    1/4 Cup Grated Parmeasan Cheese


Preheat oven to 350. Half Tomatoes, Drizzle with vinaigrette and cheese bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Serve as side or have as a snack.

    Very good. I am not big on tomatos at all, but the balsamic vinegar added great flavor. To cut back on the tomato taste I cut them into quarter slices. This is a great side dish/snack!!! - 2/15/09

    I tried this recipe only with low cal parmesan cheese and it was o.k. I will try it with regular parmesan and I think it will be better. - 8/16/08
