Ingredients

    Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato (remove)
    Garlic, 2 cloves (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup (remove)
    Sour Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Beef, top sirloin, 3 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove)

Directions

sautee onion, garlic, tomatoes and chiles in oil until soft. Add beef, cubed, and sautee until brown. Add 2 cups water, cauliflower and sour cream, simmer until well blended and meat is tender. Add curry to taste, allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes. Serve.
