Introduction

Greek yogurt version of Lois Greek yogurt version of Lois
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    3 banana medium 7"
    4 cups Greek yogurt Fage 908 grams
    4 Tbsp Lemon juice
    10 oz jar (283 grams) maraschino cherries
    20 oz can (567 grams) Crushed Pineapple in juice 100%
    1/2 cup Walnuts (56 grams)
    1/4 tsp salt
    Trivia 4 packets or more/less as taste prefer (I did not use any. Note original recipe called for 3/4 cup sugar)

Tips

Bring from freezer an hour before serving. Line cupcake holder with liners. Serving size is 70 gram cupcake liner.


Directions

No cooking necessary. Divide and freeze.
Use the juices from pineapple 100% juice
Mix Fage lemon juice, Trivia and salt first,
Fold in other cut fruit.
