Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Olive Oil, 21 grams
    Chopped Garlic, 64 grams
    Chopped Onions, raw, 414 grams
Diced Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1240 grams
    Sliced Banana Peppers, 200 grams
Arctic Garden Asian Style, 2 cup
Turmeric, ground, 2 tbsp (or desired amount)
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Cabbage, fresh, 400 grams
Knorr Lipton Onion Roasted Garlic Soup Mix, one full pouch

Tips

I use a lot of turmeric for health reasons but you can add less. This is very warm and healing soup, good for winter.

Directions

Sautee the chopped garlic and onion in a large pot for a couple of minutes. Add remaining vegetables and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Fill the pot with water about one inch from the top. Add the seasonings and soup mix and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Add more water if needed. Serve with plain yogurt or kefir if desired.
