Ingredients

1 cup - Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
1 tsp - Garlic powder
1 tsp - Onion powder
1 tsp - Pepper, black
1 tsp - Parsley, dried
1 tsp - Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated)
2 cup - Broccoli, cooked, grated
4 oz - Jumbo Pasta, cooked (About 14 shells)
1 cup - Tomato Sauce (Jar)
Directions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2. Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain and rinse with cold water until you can easily touch pasta.
3. Microwave broccoli in small amount of water in a coved microwave safe dish for approximately 3 - 4 minutes.
4. Mix ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, dried parsley, grated reduced fat parmesan cheese and Broccoli.
5. Spray baking dish with cooking spray and place 1/2 c. sauce on bottom of 13x9 baking dish.
6. Take each shell and stuff it with about 1 Tbsp cheese mixture then place in dish. Continue to stuff shells until all ingredients are used up.
7. Pour remaining sauce over shells, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. uncover and let set 15 min before serving
