Ingredients

2 bags of fresh shredded coleslaw mix
1 36 count bag of Rhodes frozen rolls
1 pkg of 5 Hot italian Turkey sausages
2 tablespoons of water
1 egg
Directions
thaw rolls takes about 20 min setting out in a warm room
while rolls are thawing
preheat oven to 350 degrees
take sausage out of casings and brown it well and then drain remove sausage from pan and add the coleslaw mix
on low cook the cabbage until almost cooked through almost translucent add back in sausage set aside.
in a small bowl add water and egg to make an egg wash
take rolls and roll them out to about 5" circles
put 3 tablespoons of sausage and cabbage mixture in roll
around the edges brush with egg wash and then fold over like a crescent moon use fingers or a fork to make sure you close edges well
put on cookie sheet let rest about 10 minutes
egg wash the tops of each roll after folded and stuffed put in oven and
bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown
