    1 small jicima or 2 large carrots
    1 avocado
    1 cup alfalfa sprouts

    for the sunflower spread:

    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1 clove garlic
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 nub of fresh ginger (grated)
    1 tsp Bragg's liquid aminos (plus more for dipping)

Directions

for the sunflower seed spread, place all ingredients in a food processor, pulse lightly until the texture looks like oatmeal.
