Ingredients

    1 TBS Organic Butter OR Coconut Oil
    1/2 Gala Apple, Diced
    1/4 Cup Walnuts, Chopped
    1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    Cinnamon and Nutmeg (lots of dashes...? :) )
    Sprinkle Sea Salt

Directions

1. While porridge is simmering, heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add apples, walnuts, vanilla and spices, and sauté until caramelized
3. Set aside to top porridge.
