Ingredients

1 lb. Hot Italian Style Turkey Sausage
*1 cup onion chopped
4 Garlic cloves sliced (fresh),
4 cans Chicken Broth Low Sodium,
1 1/2 Carrots, sliced
2 stalks sliced Celery
1 can Diced Tomato
2 cans Pinto Beans drained and rinsed
1 cup uncooked Barley, pearled
1/2 tsp. Sage, ground
1/2 tsp crushed Rosemary
6 cups chopped Fresh Kale Greens
Tips
You can add grated Parmesian cheese when done.
Directions
Brown sausage with onion until no longer pink. Add remainder of ingredients, except kale and heat till boiling. Cook for 25 minutes, until veg cooked. Add kale and cook another 15 minutes until kale is cooked.
