Ingredients

    1 cup fresh bean sprouts
    1 cup sliced green bell peppers
    1 cup sliced red bell peppers
    1/2 cup sliced onion
    1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 tablespoon coconut oil
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon ginger

Directions

Heat the oils in a skillet or wok. Add the veggies and stir-fry until as done as you like. Stir in the soy sauce and ginger
