Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    5 large tomatoes
    1 large field cucumber
    1/4 cup chopped shallot
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup water
    150 grams cracker barrel feta cheese with oregano, sun dried tomato and black pepper

Tips

3 WW Points per serving.


Directions

Chop all vegetables.
Mix all ingredients together and let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Serving Size: divide into 12 servings
