Ingredients

    1 banana
    1/2 cup plain yougurt
    1 cup almond milk
    1 cup raw spinach
    1 tbs. lemon juice (if desired..gives it a refreshing tangy flavor)
    1 scoop protein powder.
    any other fruit or berries to taste.

Tips

adding a tbsp of chia seeds helps keep hunger away longer. It is a good place to add some vinegar, you can't hardly taste it and it is good for you.


Directions

put all ingredients in blender, blend until smooth. Add other fruits if desired, such as blueberries or strawberries.
Frozen berries work well.
