Introduction
This version of my famous guacamole is without the olive oil. For ease of calorie calculation the ingredient 'Hass Avocado' shows up as 10 oz. of avocado; however, each medium avocado should be about 5 oz. Ingredients

2 medium Hass avocados (or 10 oz.), mashed with a fork
3 medium Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup of red onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 lime, juice yielded
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Tips
You can use half-serving portions on top of your favorite veggie, turkey, chicken, salmon, or beef burger!
Directions
Sprinkle the chunky-mashed avocados with the lemon, and mix in the garlic, red onions, salt & Pepper; give the mixture a quick whirl, making sure ingredients stay chunky (no over mixing please!). Then, mix in the remaining ingredients: tomatoes & Cilantro. You may serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Enjoy!
