Ingredients

    3 tbsp Soy Flour
    3 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (2 Tbsp)
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 cup Egg whites
    2 tbsn Cashew Milk Unsweetened (or desire milk)

    You may add other spices to taste - I added 1 tsp of the fallowing:

    complete adobo, garlic powder, paprika, dried onion flakes.

    Note: some items may add extra calories.

Directions

In a processor combine all ingredients. Process for 10-20 seconds to break up any lumps in the soy flour. Let is sit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remix well with a fork if mixture is to thick add water. With the pan off the burner pour 1/4 cup of the mixture, swirl and shake the mixture till the mixture is 6 to 8" wide. Put the pan on the burner and let it cook until the top of the wrap looks firm and feels solid enough to flip. ago a head and flip it. I use a plate around the same size as the wraps to flip it, this prevents the wrap from breaking. Serving Size: 6
