This is a delicious way to start the day off right. This is a delicious way to start the day off right.
Number of Servings: 2


    1/4 cup apple juice
    1 cup cooked brown rice
    1/2 tbls. honey
    1 tbls. raisins
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 medium apple, peeled, quartered and thinly sliced


Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes over low heat. Serve plain or with milk.
