Ingredients

    10 serving Pillsbury Gluten Free Classic Yellow Cake Mix
    4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    8 tbsp Canola Oil
    1 stick Butter, salted

Tips

Mash up ripe bananas. Good way to use up bananas that are on their way out. Can use regular cake mix. Can add chocolate chips. Can make it with just cake mix and bananas.


Directions

350 for 20 minutes
