Introduction

Ingredients

    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Honey, 1 TBS
    Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, .75 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)


Directions

Mix the yogurt, curry powder, olive oil (omit oil if you can find curry paste and use instead of the powder) honey, lime juice garlic and ginger. In a larger bowl add diced chicken, onion and celery. stir in the dressing and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
