Ingredients

    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3.0 tsp Baking Powder
    9.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.0 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    6.0 tbsp Cocoa Powder, Hershey's Natural Unsweetened (unlisted nutrients estimated from USDA website)
    1.75 cup Milk - Great Value 1% Low Fat Milk
    1.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    5.0 tbsp coconut oil- Wellsey Farms
    4.0 tbsp peanut butter powder- betterbody foods
    0.13 cup black chia seeds

Directions

Warm milk in the microwave, about 2 mins. Add coconut oil, stirring until oil is melted. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add the rest of the wet ingredients to the milk mixture. Combine wet & dry ingredients to form the batter. Cook in preheated, non-stick waffle maker until steam almost stops. Serving Size: Recipe makes approximately 16 waffles
