Ingredients

    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .33 cup Sour Cream
    0.8 tsp Cream Of Tartar
    0.8 tsp Salt

Directions

Whip egg whites and tartar until stiff. Mix egg yolks, sour cream and salt until smooth. Gently fold egg whites into yolk mixture. Put 6 mounds on parchment lined cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with spatula. Bake 300 degrees for 30-40 min or until golden brown. Cool slightly then transfer to cooling rack. Cool completely. Store leftovers in slightly open zip lock bag in frig for a couple days.
