    26 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted
    1 tsp Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol

Tips

If you want to lower the calories take away the heavy cream and butter.


Directions
