Introduction

Lower Carb version of Summer's Favorite Dessert! Great 4 Breakfast too! Lower Carb version of Summer's Favorite Dessert! Great 4 Breakfast too!

Ingredients

    1 container, Philadelphia Cream Cheese "CheeseCake" flavored.

    1 pkg. Thomas "Light" English Muffins.

    1 container, Fresh Strawberries. *Frozen un-sweet may be used.)

Directions

Clean & hull if using Fresh Strawberries, sprinkle with Splenda & refrigerate over-night.

Toast muffins. Spread with Cream Cheese across each top with 1 tsp. each. Place on dessert plate- side by side. Heap 1.c. strawberries across tops of each muffin & serve!
*One container & package serves 8.

    my meals need to be around 35-40 carbs and snacks need to be 15 carbs - 8/20/14

    This would be better on Arnold thins the whole grains are with Stevia. Others have sucralose.
    Thins have less carbs but larger portions. Splenda is a night mare for me UGH Stevia is natural and it works. Fresh Berries with nothing is even better. Mashing some of the berries and some halves is Yum

    THIS SOUNDS DELISH. I AM GOING TO THE STORE NOW. BUT STILL SEEMS A LITTLE HIGH IN CARBS. I AM NEW TO THE WHOLE "LOW CARB EATING" SO I WILL HAVE TO RESEARCH THIS MORE. - 6/26/09
