Ingredients

    1.0 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    1.0 fruit without refuse Mangos
    1.5 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh
    3.0 cup Green Giant Spring Mix Salad
    3.0 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime
    0.5 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    0.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.5 oz Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)

Directions

Combine lime juice, vinegar and olive oil with salt and pepper with a whisk in a small bowl. Place spring mix topped with avocado, strawberries and mango. Top with dressing and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
