Introduction
I recreated my own salsa and it came out like a relish. Very spicy and hot, with a twist of sweet. I blended everything thru the food processor - lightly. Ingredients

2 Lrg Tomatoes, chopped
2 Jalapenos, chopped
1/2 Cup Sweet Red Pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup Red Onion, chopped
3/4 Cup Pineapple, tidbits
1 Cup Mango, chopped
3/4 Stalk Celery, chopped
1T Cilantro, chopped
Juice from half a Lime
Dash Cumin, ground
1 t Dill Weed
1 t Chili Powder (or to taste)
Directions
Chop very fine or run each item thru a Food Processor, lightly so as not to make it mush. Mix all ingredients, and add spices to taste.
Makes about 4 1/2cups = 1/4Cup each serving = about 18 servings.
