After experimenting with may different recipes, my family finally agreed that this one works! Even without the onion and garlic these meatballs are a big hit! Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef
1 can jelled cranberry sauce
29 oz. can Tomato puree
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Potato Starch
2 tsp. Pereg brand Meatball seasoning
Tips
Make sure to read the ingredients on the cranberry sauce to make sure the brand you use does not have High fructose corn syrup. Sugar should be the only sweetener in order to keep FODMaPS low.
Serve over gluten free pasta for a great dinner!
Directions
Combine beef, potato Starch, Pereg seasoning, and egg in large mixing bowl. Set aside.
In a large pot, combine Cranberry sauce, Tomato Puree, broen sugar, mustard, chili powder, and salt. Heat over medium flame. When sauce mixture begins to boil reduce flame to the lowest setting.
Begin shaping the beef mixture into balls and drop them in the sauce mixture as it continues to boil over the flame. When finished dropping in the meatballs cover the pot and continue cooking for 25 minutes.
