Ingredients

    Stir-fry sauce:
Wyler's Instant Boullion Beef Cubes (dissolved in 2/3 cup water)
Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1.5 TBSP
    Brown Sugar 3 TBSP
    Lime Juice 1 TBSP
Minced Garlic 3 TBSP (about 5 cloves)
    Cayenne Pepper 1/2 TBSP
    Sesame Seeds 1 OZ
    Curry Powder 1 TSP
White Flour 1 TSP (dissolved in 1.5 TBSP water)

    Stir-Fry:
    Sesame Oil 4 TBSP
HEB Sugar Snap Stir-Fry Frozen Vegetables 5 CUPS
    Medium Hard Tofu 7.5 OZ

    Rice:
Long Grain White Rice 3 CUPS (1 Cup dry with 2 Cups Water)

Directions

Makes 4 Servings:

First, prep all ingredients.

Then, start the rice in the rice cooker.

Next, (in a small saucepan) make the sauce by mixing the beef boullion (already dissolved), the soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, curry powder, and sesame seeds. Cook on medium high heat until boiling; then lower heat and add flour (already dissolved). Let cook for 1-2 more minutes, then lower heat to just keep it warm while you make the stir-fry. (Don't forget to stir the sauce while you make it!)

Last, (in a fry pan) heat the sesame oil on high heat. Once hot, add defrosted veggies and tofu. Heat about 5 minutes, then pour sauce over veggies and tofu and stir for 3 more minutes. Place in serving dish and keep warm until rice is ready.

Serve with a sweet juice!
