    14 serving Louis Rich Turkey Smoked Sausage
    5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin
    .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia Cabbage, fresh
    1 can (12 oz) yields Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    7 cup Cowpeas (blackeyes)
    1 can Canned Tomatoes

Directions

cut sausage, dice potatoes, shred cabbage and add canned items to the pot. add chef leo's spice. cover with water until just covered. boil for 20-30 minutes.
