2 small yellow summer squash, juilenned
2 small zucchini, juilenned
1 small sweet red pepper, juilenned
1/3 cup sliced onion
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp light mayo
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
Combine squash, zucchini, red pepper, and onion. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over squash mix and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate.
