Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I've made this several times. It's awesome. I suggest salting, sweating, and draining the water from the squash mixture before mixing in the dressing ingredients.
I liked this a lot. I subbed some carrots for the red peppers. I also didn't have celery salt or garlic salt, so I just used powdered spices and added salt to taste. My sauce ended up a tad too watery when added to the veggies, but I loved the taste. Will make again. Thanks!
