Ingredients

    10 grams Flour, whole grain
    10 grams Wheat bran, crude
    10 grams Oat Bran
    1 oz Cake, yellow, dry mix, pudding-type
    0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
    0.5 oz yogurt Greek Gods Poseidon Greek Yogurt nonfat plain
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice

Tips

Allow to cool before attempting to unmold


Directions

Preheat oven at 180. Mix the yogurt with the lemon. Mix dry ingredients. Whisk the egg whites. Add yogurt mix. Simply mix all together. Use a silicon mini loaf. Bake for 20 min.
