    2 eggs, beaten, with a TBL cold water
    salt, pepper to taste
    1 TBL chopped chives
    2 slices ham, chopped
    20 grams sharp cheddar, grated, about 1 TBLSP


1 small omelet

Beat the egss with a TBLSP cold water, salt, pepper and chives. Pam small pan, cook omelet til almost done, add ham and cheese, cover briefly, roll onto plate when done.
