Introduction

My kids love these pancakes. You can switch up your flour, oil, or sugar....use what you have....I've made these pancakes from scratch from watching my uncle make pancakes for years but have added my own tweaks.... have followed many other pancake recipes but come back to my recipe. Ingredients

    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.5 cup Milk, nonfat
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Salt
    5.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4.0 tsp Baking Powder
    4.0 tsp Granulated Sugar
    4.0 cup Flour, white
    1.0 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add wet ingredients to bowl. mix all, but don't over mix. turn stove to medium heat, 5. Oil in pan, wait till it's warm the pan. pour in half cup batter. flip once it bubbles. add whichever topping you like. Serving Size: 18 pancakes
