Ingredients

8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.25 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
.8 oz Ground Turkey - 97% fat free extra lean white turkey
.5 cup Asparagus, fresh
.5 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE)
.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Grease muffin pan with coconut oil
3. Saute onions (can also add mushrooms and green pepper) in coconut oil or ghee
4. Whisk eggs and milk
5. Add turkey, vegetables, and seasonings
6. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until fully cooked
