Introduction

I got this recipe from my husbands aunt. Very very good with berries (any kind) and maple syrup on top. To save calories I use light maple syrup. Ingredients

    About 0.25 cup of shredded apple
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons of ground flax seed
    1tsp of sugar or sugar substitute

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Heat frying pan on medium heat. Coat with nonstick spray.
Cook ingredients on pan as if it were a pancake. Be careful not to overcook.
Top with berries of your choice and syrup.
Enjoy!

Takes approximately 15 minutes to prepare.
