Ingredients

    2 oz Garofalo's Organic Whole Wheat Spaghetti (1 serving = 2 oz = .8 cups)
    2 cup Spaghetti Squash
    2 cup Ragu Chunky Super Vegetable Primavera Pasta Sauce (by 1LBDOWN)
    1.25 serving mama lucia fully cooked italian-style meatballs( 8 meatballs)

Directions

cook all meatballs, squash and spaghetti. Mix all together in a 2 qt pot and reheat till hot.

Squash: poke all over with a cooking fork to make holes for steam to escape. Microwave for 5 min. and turn 1/3 and microwave for 5 more min and turn 1/3 and microwave for 5 min. Cut in half and take out the seeds. Use a fork to pull the squash in strings from the edges of the squash. Blend with the cooked spaghetti and meatballs then poor on a jar of sauce and reheat to taste.
