Ingredients

    Add 2 tbls of cocoa chocolate unsweetened
    1/2 med banana
    10 frozen cherries
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    splenda
    crushed ice


Directions

Makes 1 serving, save the 1/2 banana for tomorrow. Don't peel totally. Cut 1/4 inch off of the banana and use the next day.
