Ingredients

    5 egg roll wrappers
    2 pieces imitation crab, chopped
    1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
2 tbsp fat free cream cheese

    vegetable oil for frying

Directions

Mix the spinach, crab, and spinach until combined. Divide filling into 5 egg roll wrappers. Roll egg rolls according to instructions on wrapper package.

Heat approximately 2 cups of vegetable oil. Deep fry the egg rolls until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Make sure the oil is at the correct frying temperature to reduce the amount of oil that is soaked up by each egg roll. The nutritional info for this recipe includes a tablespoon of oil, which is probably more than what is actually soaked up. So the actual calorie count per each egg roll is lower than what is shown. This will make 5 egg rolls. No dipping sauce needed!

    Incredible!
I add seasoning to mine. Yes, bake 10-12 min 400 degree oven. Turn once and make sure to coat your baking sheet or they will stick and you will say bad words! - 1/30/13
